I am very pleased with Sean Work because he is working for me 24/7. He answered any/all questions I had even before I hired him as my listing agent. He maintains an open line of communication and responds to my texts and emails promptly. Sean has demonstrated to me that he is an expert in his field and is dedicated to selling my home for the price I want.

Sean provided excellent service during a difficult time in the market. We looked at many homes before we purchased the best home for us. The many homes included a wide spread in an area which he provided excellent detail knowledge on the neighborhood and the market. In addition, he provided us with contacts that assisted in making our house a home for our family.

Talk about knowledge! This guy has it. Great representation. Being a first time homebuyer I had so many questions and was so afraid to take the next step. Sean came highly recommended from a friend and I have no regrets. He knows his stuff and definitely knows the business. Takes the time to explain every step of the process. Met with us consistently to look at homes. He would follow up to see if we had any question. Any time we would call or email his office, Sean would get right back to us. He is personable, professional, great communicator and down to earth; not pushy by any means. We still have not found our perfect home. Most agents would have walked by now. Not Sean. House sold quick and he did a fantastic job. The process was simple Sean was very professorial walking us through everything to make us feel good about our sale and we could not of been more happy.
