Seth Bailey

Seth was great to work with through the whole house selling process. He is very on the ball for everything and thorough. I never felt like there was any rush on stuff to get done because he gets stuff done as early as possible. He was able to give me contractors numbers to get work that needed done before putting my house on the market. I used 2 of them and they did a great job. I needed to do 2 repairs on my house after the inspection. Seth looked around and found the best price/quality contractors he could find and took care of everything on those for me. I had enough on my plate already and Seth was awesome with jumping in and helping all he could. I'd highly recommend anyone to have him work for you selling or buying a home. You won't find anyone who will put forth more effort. Thank you Seth!👍👍
