I am a realtor currently living in Raleigh, North Carolina. Real estate is my passion! Because of this calling, I believe Real Estate chose me instead me choosing real estate. In my prior life, I was a middle school English Teacher. After twelve years in real estate, I continue to nurture my clients so that they are true "students" of real estate.
When I am not working with buyers, sellers or investors. I am a wife, to my business partner, Victor, mother to my two boys Amir and Adric. My other passions are dancing even though my dancer's body is long gone.

I was looking for something extremely specific - a house in a certain price point on a side of town where properties were 1. selling in literally hours and 2. Were frequently WAY out of my price range. Shanta made it happen! A few years prior to this, Shanta also managed to quickly sell my townhouse in a neighborhood where sales were sluggish. Her extensive real estate knowledge and expertise makes the buying and selling process beyond smooth.
