Shawn has been very professional from the very start. He promised to sell my house quickly at a fair price and he delivered. I relied on his for recommendations during contract negotiation and he was able to obtain the best deal for me. Shawn provided timely updates and just did everything for me in selling my house. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. If I had to sell my house again in the future, I would definitely ask him to be my agent.

I have never met Shawn Peacher in person. I established a virtual relationship with Shawn, by phone, and by e-mail. Despite never having seen the man, in-person, never getting to shake his hand, I trusted him to sell my home in Gainesville, VA. He did so without my ever having to travel from my new residence in Greenville, NC. I found Shawn via a web source, and I called him. That first phone call lasted over one hour. By the end of the call, he had secured my trust and reliance. The sale of my home was the sixth time my husband and I had either bought or sold property. We've experienced the very worst and the very best, and we are quite knowledgeable in how the process should work. Shawn was the consummate professional. He satisfied me and my husband in all aspects of his representation of our transaction, and his associates who handled the closing were equally up to the task.

Shawn helped us get the house we wanted and had excellent negotiation skills with the seller. He was always responsive and answered to all our questions very quickly. We decided to seek Shawn's expertise after a terrible experience we had with another Real State Agent, and he was able to make our buying experience as smooth as it could possibly be; even when we went out of the country, he always kept us updated with everything through email. We are more than happy with the results we got, and are currently enjoying our new home. We would totally seek Shawn's (and his staff) help in our future ventures.

Where do I start? We were fortunate enough to have Shawn and his team both sell our home and assist us in buying/building a new home. This was a scary experience for us, so we were hoping to get someone that could help us maximize the profits from the sale of our home, and make sure that our buying/building process went smoothly. Shawn and his team sold our home very quickly (2 or so days) at a price that was unheard of in our community! Shawn helped us work through the paperwork, find options for our move and answer any questions or concerns we may have had. We ran into a few small (some bigger) snafus during our building process, none of which were Shawn's. Shawn's knowledge and negotiating ability took some of the pain off of the building process and helped us get into the our dream home. I would trust Shawn with ANY of my real estate transactions and can't wait to be able to work with him again. He is a kind and knowledgeable agent that will make sure him and his team fulfill your every need. He is an extrememly busy person, for good reason, but he always took the time to make sure he clarified things, catered to us and made sure that we were completely satisfied. He made us feel like we were his only clients, and I can't express enough how much that meant to us. He was great. Shawn simply amazed us. As buyers he was flexible and didn't impose his ideas, although he did supplement information about resale value considerations. The paperwork was easier than we expected with online signatures and downs. He went to bat for us and helped us get everything we asked for on the first proposal! I was looking at moving into the Culpeper area and contacted Shawn Peacher to help me find a home. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. I needed an agent who was very flexible with my work schedule and he was able to work around that, which I am very thankful for.

My Wife and I were looking at a short sale and did not have a realtor. We did not know Shawn before, but I contacted him as his company had listed the short sale. Shown was very knowledgeable about short sales, and educated us both on how the process would work and how we would be able to serve us best throughout the process. We got tired of waiting on back and the whole short sale process and started looking at other houses. We must have seen over 60+ houses, and we were not finding what we were looking for. I felt bad for Shawn because he had a lot of time invested and it was looking like we might not find a place. He never complained, was not at any point pushy. He didn't push any houses on us or try to make one sound better than it was to try and get the sale! We both liked that and have had bad experiences with Realtors trying to push something or say stuff like you would look good in this house. A lot of realtors I have dealt with in the past have a used car gold tooth persona trying to make the sale at all cost. Shawn is not like that at all, he is all class and wants you as a long term customer and friend. A perfect example of this was the house we were buying. There was no Radon exclusion in the contract, we understood that, but wanted to have it tested to make sure, we have young kids and if needed at our cost would have installed a system. When the Home inspection have going on the inspector put a note saying Radon testing. The listing realtor came in and blasted Shawn right in front of my Wife and myself, and even had a few words for us. It was so unprofessional of the listing agent, but Shawn took it and said a few calm words to defuse the situation but alway kept his cool. Like I said all class! We both bought our new house and sold our old house with Shawn being our realtor. The sale of our old house was pretty Awesome, Within 8 days we had 3 contacts in hand and over 20 showings or so, its was hard to keep track. He has a system of getting your house visible on the internet quick. We also quite a bit more than we listed it for. Every house sale will be different, but I will say this he will get the very most out of the sale along with the quickest sale of your house. Hope this review was helpful.

Network Realty is a very professional and yet personal company owned and run by Shawn Peacher. He sold our home as a short sale. He knew everything that was involved and answered any questions we had. Without his wisdom and advice my husband and I probably would never have sold our home and we would still be in the situation we were in. He has a great set of employees that will do what ever they can to make you feel comfortable and help bring the sale of your home to a close. Thank you all for working so hard for us! I found out about Shawn through my boss at work. I have been looking for months with another real estate agent and nothing seemed to working out. After switching agents and having my first conversation with Shawn, I honestly felt that I'll be able to purchase a home now. He responds back to text messages, emails and phone calls in a timely manner if not immediately. He also explains every step of the process which I desperately needed being a 22 year old first time home buyer. I felt comfortable with him looking out for me. Not only did Shawn present a number of options in line with what I had indicated as interests, he was able to present several other options based on my criteria I had not found in the MLS system. Shawn was professional, and courteous through the entire process. More so above all else Shawn was able to successfully negotiate a buying price that exceeded my expectations, combined with the service he had provided, there is not a single better person I could have used for this process.
