Highly likely to recommend03/01/2016 - Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Rillito, Tucson, AZ.We were long-distance sellers-- selling a property that had been a rental property for two years. We originally found Shawn through Dave Ramsey's ELP website--after the initial interview I was really impressed, but my husband insisted on using another local agent that he had used when he bought the home. Our home had been listed for over a month with the other agent, the internet marketing and photos she took didn't attract buyers and she suggested dropping the price multiple times in those 30 days, even with it already listed under market value. We decided that agent just wasn't for us-- we needed someone that was a 'go-getter' and pro-active.
