I have had the chance to work with Sheila on many occasions. Sheila is a wonderful person and real estate agent. She has great market knowledge, insight, energy and enthusiasm. Sheilas approach to customer service is highly individualized. It is always a pleasure working with her.

Sheila is an exceptional real estate agent. Not only was she instrumental in our sale being under contract with less than a week on the market, but she went above and beyond with guiding and supporting us through an unusually difficult purchase process! While we are not planning to leave our new home in the foreseeable future, Sheila will be our first call for any additional real estate transactions.

We were looking for a condominium and Sheila gave us some options very quickly. We let her know how picky we are like what zip codes we will or will not live in, having gas heat and central air. Well, in about 2 weeks, we owned a new condo that had those things and more. She did an excellent job at making it happen quickly too and paying less than the asking price too.

Shelia was our seller agent. Selling a house involves lots of communication which has to be completed timely at about any hour of the day. Shelia is awesome responsive to ALL communications which really help keep our buyers happy all the way to close. Shelia can be trusted to do a great job. I recommend Shelia.

We used Sheila to buy our house. We were coming from two different states and looking at areas we weren't very familiar with. Sheila was great at providing in-depth knowledge about the towns we were considering and helping us understand what makes each one unique. She was always available via phone and email-even during her vacation! From the very beginning I knew I was in good hands .Sheila was patient and kind .She made what at times seemed very stressful manageable with her good nature sense of humor and above all confidence in her ability to close the deal .She found the right loan officer and lenders the right home after four tries. My deal seemed on the brink of collapsing through no fault of her own .She pushed the lenders to close my deal .When my hope was dwindling I received a phone call ,with excitement in her voice she said "your clear to close I cried a 42 year old grown man I cried and she listened with coplete care and compassion .My first home ,a place for my four children to grow up and my mom to retire .Tears of joy she was as happy for me as I was for my children and mom .Genuine happiness .From the first showing to the signing at the lawyers office she remained by my side .I had no easy deal and her and the people she put me in contact with made it happen .I am so grateful to have met her .I am a homeowner and my children have a place to grow up and make memories .SHE IS A TRUE PRO AT THIS THING

Sheila made the home buying process super simple. I told her what we were looking for in an investment property and she brought me multiple deals that were ideal for what I was looking for. She was very flexible with making showing times and thorough in walking me through the process. Our circumstances were a little odd, but she jumped right in and met us within hours of calling her. She helped us not only with home buying, but also the moving process if we needed it. She worked well with my entire family, not just myself, the buyer. We found our dream home and hope to never move again-but if we do I will defiantly hire her again and again.
