Sherry Matthews is the forth or fifth real estate agent we've used, to list what was at one time the place where we wanted to build our dream home. We couldn't make that dream real, due to the loss of almost 90% of my business income so we had to put the land up for sale. The agents we contracted with, prior to Ms Sherry, pretty much gave up after a few weeks, when they saw that they were going to have to really work to get the property sold and that the property wasn't going to sell quickly because of the poor market and a less than robust economy. I would have to call the agents to find out what the status of the listing was and I basically felt that I was carrying the ball, so to speak, and I had to be the one to keep their motivation going. My experience with Ms Sherry has been a night and day difference. On the first day she called my cell phone, introduced herself, methodically gave me her plans to get the property in front of the right people, and finished that phone call with an enthusiastic "Let's get this place SOLD!" I felt hope, for the first time in almost three years, that we might actually have someone who wanted to sell the property as intensely as my wife and I did. I soon found out that Sherry is one of those real estate agents you are glad to hear from even if she has less than pleasant news because you know that no matter what she's going to tell you, she has already done her homework and would have at least two options to attempt so that the unpleasant news she had to give would be either substantially mitigated or handled altogether. She is relentless in her efforts to do what sometimes seems to be almost impossible, and she doesn't give up no matter how frustrating the job might be. Never once have I felt like I needed to contact her and get her focus back on target. In fact, during the last 13 months, Sherry would regularly contact me, let me know what the status of the listing was (even when it seemed like nothing was ever going to happen), keep me updated about her efforts to get the attention of as many people as possible, and show those people the propertys qualities. She would also give me her recommendations, to do things that would help the property to be more marketable. She uses a network of professionals to work on different marketing methods and when she would get a casual inquiry about the listing, she would pour her considerable energy into making every effort to get that casual inquiry to become a serious offer. I gladly recommend Sherry Matthews, should you need the services of an expert real estate agent and I wholeheartedly state that she will be the FIRST person I call, should I ever have the need to purchase property in Southern California again.

Sherry did an awesome job with both selling my house and finding me a new home.
