- Shirley listed, but didn't sell, my home
I worked with Shirley several years ago. I bought one property and wanted to sell another. We were able to negotiate the purchase price down due to a couple of problems including a leaky shower and non UL approved fuse box. Unfortunately neither got fixed ideally. I only got low ball offers on the property I was trying to sell. The market was down so that may not have been all her fault.
