Silvia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had her list our (former) house and she ended up helping us purchase our (current) house. We knew going into it that buying and selling with contingencies and financing and everything else was going to be a complicated task. It had been many years since purchasing our previous home, and I have very little real estate experience or knowledge and was somewhat intimidated by the whole process. Silvia led us through the entire process and explained every step so we too understood what exactly she was doing every step of the way - home repairs, upgrades, marketing, the list goes on - That made us feel very at ease. She also found us our perfect home (even though we weren't certain what we were looking for - she somehow "knew") and negotiated well on our behalf. In the end, our house sold for our target price and we were able to buy our new house well under asking. I can't think of anything more you would want in an agent. I'll never use or recommend another agent.

Silvia was awesome. She was very diligent in her searchers for homes that fit my needs and even helped me see the negatives in the homes that I thought I liked because I couldn't see past the pretty paint colors. Lol. I never felt pressured to hurry up and choose a home or to close. She made sure I was in love with the home I finally chose and I couldn't be any happier. I would definitely recommend Silvia to anyone searching for their perfect home.
