I don't know how else to say it. Sonya is the best!! She changed our minds about only renting and now we have bought our first home. We were 19 years old at the time and she treated us like she would anyone else. She made sure we were 100% satisfied with our home and answered any questions we asked, if she didn't know the answer she found someone that did! I would highly recommend her to anyone and when we sell she will be the only one we trust!

This was our third time finding a home with Sonya’s assistance and once again we were Absolutely amazed at how hard She worked for us to find the perfect home. We had a large number of requirements for our most recent home and she nailed it. The next step was to prepare our old home for sale. She gave great suggestions on preparing our house for sale. It never even made it to market. Her recommendations made our home very highly favored and we got full asking price.

She came and saw our home. Explained how she would market the sale. Had a professional photographer take pictures for internet. Listed our house and in 2 days a full price contract. When a problem with buyer occurred she helped the buyers agent find another lendor. She was at closing early and made us feel easy with the closing. A wonderful person. Easy to talk to. Answered our calls and texts promptly. She made us feel like were her top priority thru the entire process.

Awful experience working with both Sonya Lynn Turner and Kenneth Cochran. They do not reply for months on in. This caused me to have to pull out of home as they didn’t respond to basic update texts for over a month on a new build. Extreme delays weren’t communicated to me resulting in me having to cancel my contract as my current home was already listed. Giving the quick points - but I’d never work with these 2 on the selling side. They caused me to lose thousands from losing my Ernest money due to their non communication
