Sridhar Vemuru

This agency is horrible and believe it might be a scam. I had to call twice to set up a tour, both times he told me that he would get back to me with the name of the agent. On the date of the tour, no one showed. I called asking about the tour and he gave me the code to the house to do my own tour. I emailed him requesting the rental application like he requested and have never heard back since. I have yet to actually meet someone from this company and caution everyone against doing business with them. Incredibly unprofessional.

Sridhar Vermuru very good realtor

Very rude and condescending. I will never use this realtor at my next real estate transaction. I was tempted to use this realtor because he promised to pay me out of his commission. But he didn’t show up at any tours or didn’t negotiate price for me. In the end I overpaid for the home. I learnt the lesson. Use a good realtor than trying to save some some through incentive from real estate agent. Particularly never use this person. You earn him money through your transaction but he does nothing - not even respect you.

He was with me form start to finish of the process of buying a home. Took me to any home that I told him I was interested in. In the end ended up buying a good home inside the beltway near good schools and close to metro for easy commute to DC for work. Very satisfied and wont hesitate to use Sridhar again

Sridhar is amazing at what he does. He is so experienced in writing really well structured offers ( he knows the key things that works well in sealing the deal). We (me,my hubby) totally respect Sridhar for his knowledge and expertise in real estate. Hands down he is the best, on the face in explaining the reality and helps to the best of his ability when we don’t understand any terms. SRIDHAR is just so awesome to work with and I would recommend anyone who is looking for buying a home to work with Sridhar Vemuru.

As a new realtor Im always excited to be working with experienced realtors who have a lot of transactions under their belt but this guy was extremely unprofessional and a complete jerk. I really hope I never have to see deal with him again. He put an offer on a house I listed and then threatened to void the contract before the standard deadline. I declined his threat and threw his contract out. I ended up selling my clients house to a different buyer for a significantly higher price. Young realtors look up to guys like you so learn some manners and professionalism Sridhar.
