She offered a neighbor rate of only 4% (compared to 5 or 6% from competitors) and also offered us $500 to use towards a moving company! I joked and asked her if she was going to have any profit leftover! She really seems to enjoy her work, take pride in it, and all while having a fun time doing it. Our home was listed for about a week before we received multiple offers and were in contract!
