Our experience has been terrible. Should have known not to do business with someone showing up to show listing in last night's outfit. We are renting a "luxury" condo in Aventura. There are numerous issues including no hot water in bath and stove not working. Stephan is representing the owner and both are ignoring emails, phone calls and text messages. No one disclosed that this building is actively undergoing comstruction.
