We would have never bought a house if it wasn't for Stephanie. I stumbled upon her accidentally while inquiring about a house online. To be honest, we weren't even serious buyers until we met her. We had started toying with the idea of possibly buying a house since both the prices and the rates were low at the time. We looked at some houses online and decided to contact someone to do a viewing on one "just to get our feet wet" on how the process works.Then we met Stephanie, and her determination and enthusiasm is what turned us into serious buyers. Next thing you know we were looking at house after house and obsessively searching for "the one". We were very particular about the style and character we wanted in our house and she completely understood our style. When we finally found it, we had presented her with challenge. The house was an REO and government owned. Needless to say the owners and the selling agent were a nightmare to deal with. We were very lucky to have Stephanie on our side. She is a fighter and she will go to battle for you. The process was long and drawn out and an absolute emotional whirlwind due to the situation. But she was there for us the entire way and celebrated with us when it was good, and supported us and kept us motivated when things got tough.I am quick to recommend Stephanie any time I hear someone is thinking of buying a house. She is honest, and patient and she truly wants you to be happy. She was never pushy and I always felt she was on our side looking out for us. How many other agents can you actually say that about?

We've worked with Stephanie 3 times now and will continue to use her as our buying and/or selling agent. The first time we met her was through our friends who had bought their first home and had nothing but rave reviews about her (way before yelp haha). We sold a home years ago and even in the bad market at the time she got us more money than we thought possible at the time. We had multiple offers and everything went so smooth and fast. We ended up buying our next home with her as well and recently another as a rental. For the rental we talked to a few other agents specializing in "rental properties" but just didn't seem to be as knowledgeable about the market as Stephanie so again, we gave our business to her. Through every transaction she was hard working EVEN ON SOME WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS if we needed to talk! We got the best deals we felt and found exactly what has worked for us.I would highly recommend Stephanie for selling and/or buying a home. 5 stars all the way.

Where do I start... Stephanie is truly amazing!As first time home buyers, my husband and I really had no idea where to start in the home buying process. We looked at a few homes with other realtors but never felt quite comfortable with them. Finding Stephanie was a blessing in disguise! She went above and beyond to make sure that we really understood everything we were dealing with. She would take time to break down every document and process that came our way. She never rushed us and would always give us her true opinion on homes we looked at.She is definitely on the side of her clients and goes above and beyond to get the job done!
