Stephany was exceptional to work with. We were moving back to AZ from Cali and we're looking to purchase our first home. Not only did they take videos and pictures while we were in a different state, they were always available to answer questions and helped us to understand the entire process. We found our dream home within 2 days of arriving and couldn't be happier. We'd highly recommend her!

Peasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about market and pricing it right to sell. Our home took a long time (3 months) to sell but I think it was due to not having a pool which everyone wants. She staged the home to make it look nice and appealing to buyers. Helped us negotiate with buyers to only repair what we thought was necessary.

Stephany was great to deal with through the whole transaction. She had ideas as to which way to go as well as listen to all of mine and incorporated my ideas into reality. She was also very responsive and able to navigate some of the roadblocks that came up. I highly recommend using Stephany and her team for buying or selling a property.

We went through 2 other realtors before we found Stephany. She had vision on the reasons our house was worth more than expected. She was always there when we needed anything along with her very efficient team. I wish I could put more than 5 stars on her ability to negotiate. There are several negotiation skills she used in our situation that got us more money than we expected. Can't say enough great things about her and her team. Will seek her next time we are doing real estate.

Stephany assisted me in turning over and selling a rental property. She suggested repairs needed, recommend contractors to compete repairs, scheduled repairs with contractors, staged the property, and handled all the last minute issues. Once the property was listed she sold it in one day for over asking price! She was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish.
