Stephen listed and sold my home
From the very beginning Stephen was committed to helping us obtain our goals. He emphasized great communication throughout the process which made the transaction go smoothly. His knowledge of the market combined with him putting our best interest first gave us complete confidence in him and his ability. We believe that his marketing plan and negotiation skills helped to position us competitively, and ultimately get over asking price. Stephen helped me buy a home
Stephen Pearson goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped my wife and I find the best house for our family. We were first time buyers unsure how the process would go and Stephen made sure we were comfortable with every step along the way.
Stephen listed and sold my home
Stephen was terrific. His attention to detail was spot on. Help us complete the necessary paperwork required to complete the sale. He put together a great promotional package with lot of good photos and honest review of the property. The good and not so good. The first excepted offer fell thru because of unforeseen financing issue on the buyers part. In the meantime additional repairs that were noted on the first offering were addressed.. We sold the property for 12% over the asking price and the property appraised for the selling price. Would we use Stephen Again?b You bet. Would we recommend him to others? Any day.
