Steve is Hands down the best! He gets my vote for Realtor of all Realtors! He is super responsive, responsible, and randomly funny. :) My Husband and I found Steve on Facebook & asked him to help us purchase our home. He called us back within 20 minutes of our first call to him. We had some homes we had looked at online that we wanted to see, so Steve set those up to look at the very next weekend. He even went to a home we had previously walked before we had an agent helping us, and told us his honest opinion of the home. Steve Helped us write 2 offers in the process of finding the perfect home....Our home! He knew the housing market for the area we were looking in, and had lots of good advice as we navigated the process of buying our home. Like other Yelpers who have reviewed Steve, I am going to add that He is VERY organized and his work ethic is top notch. We appreciated all the texts, email communications, & phone calls. Not very many people would be as patient with us -- we so appreciate all of the efforts Steve put forth to close escrow on time! Unlike other realtors, Steve works in the real world... more than just the typical "Bankers hours" you get with other realtors. If you want a fantastic responsive realtor, Steve is your guy! My husband and I met Steve at an open house where he was the selling agent. We instantly clicked and made him our realtor.
