After serving 3 years in the US Army as a combat engineer (in Viet Nam and Germany), I worked as a heavy equipment operator (as a civilian) for 4 years and was ready for a career change. My father encouraged me to get into real estate as he thoroughly enjoyed his career as a broker in Lodi, CA. He was President of his Association of Realtors and "Realtor of the Year" before retiring. In my 30 year career, I have managed two large real estate offices, worked as legal liaison with our company legal team, counseling agents in my office trouble-shooting difficult transactions. I have also owned 2 separate and distinctly different companies as owner and broker of record. In the 90's, I was broker of record in a partnership named AMC Real Estate Services. As a group, we closed over 800 short sales during that "down-cycle" market. I enjoy helping clients get from their "dream to reality" ...
