Steve Guernsey

Steve has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area his entire life.. He started working in the manufactured housing industry in the early 80’s and continued on into the real estate industry. He owned and operated a construction company that serviced the manufactured housing industry as a Cal. State Lic. Installation contractor and later completed his studies to become a Dealer/Broker. Steve spends much of his time with his daughter and family and devotes a lot of time to the community. In his spare time he enjoys playing and writing music and every now and again you may see him playing at a near by blues venue. With his vast knowledge of the Bay Area and its diverse market place coupled with his years of experience in the Real Estate and Manufactured Housing Industries Steve brings many talents and skills to Bay Area Homes but more importantly he feels the success of the company is solely due to the incredible associates and staff that has made it the friendly and successful business that i
