Like we said that when we got a over asking offer the day the house got listed, said it again when we got the low rate Jumbo home loan, then said it again when the builders accepted our offer with contingency because we have to sell our home first before we can buy. This builder normally don't accept this kind of offer. I think our lucky charm charmed them into accepting our offer. It's just crazy how lucky we got on everything! So lucky to find our lucky charm Steve!!!
