Steven Coons

Steve was born and raised in Arizona. A 3rd generation native, he has loved calling Mesa his home. After getting his Construction Management Degree from Brigham Young University in 2010, Steve entered Arizona State University and received his Masters in Real Estate Development. During college, Steve worked as a Property Manager and oversaw 15 - 4-plexes and 10 single family homes. Responsibilities included maintenance, landscaping, leasing, HOA enforcement, running a coin laundry, and major renovations of the bathrooms for all 4-plex bathrooms. While working for an owner who lived out of the country, Steve developed an appreciation for real estate and investment properties during his 2 years as a Property Manager.
