Steve was very patient and showed us several houses until we found the one we bought. He looks out for you and know what you want and how much you can afford and doesnt go over that limit showing houses you cant afford. Always returns your call and checks out things for you.

He kept in contact with me during the selling of my house in MO and understood that I wouldn't come to AZ until my house had sold, also when the house inspection was done. Once all of this was done, I gotten a hold of Steve Halen, told him I had a week to come to AZ to here look for a place. I was preapproved on the loan he had several houses for me to look at and when I went back to MO I had a house to come to in AZ. He was very understanding of the needs, help me to get into the house sooner than plan since I had 3 dogs with me and couldn't fine a motel that would accept them. He was perfect in my book.
