Steven Mueller

We worked with Steve and his team because he was highly recommended by a friend. We were looking for a lot to build on in a highly sought-after area of Charlotte, and Steve found it almost instantly. He then walked us through the process of a construction-perm loan to build our new home. We eventually ended up with a great home in the area we wanted to live in. One day we will sell this home and Steve is the only Realtor we will call. In the meantime, we will refer all of our friends and family to him.

Steven was an absolute joy to work with. He did all of the hard and behind-the-scenes work for us to help alleviate some of the stresses that can come with buying and selling a home. Steven has vast knowledge of the surrounding areas and is passionate about the industry. Steven is very skilled at negotiating and led the way on both the selling end and buying end. We would definitely recommend Steven and his wonderfully talented team. We would definitely use him again ourselves should the need arise.

Steven is a great guy and a great realtor with great support (Sophie!). I felt like we were in very competent hands. I must have been right since we sold our house in a down-turned market within a day (to the first set of people to view it no kidding!) Steven was very forthright and honest which were very important qualities for us having been thru the mill in prior real estate experiences. While there were still issues to resolve throughout the process (which is to be expected), Steven was responsive to our needs. Id definitely recommend him!

I cant think of anything I would change. The online portal helps so much with the whole process. It keeps you from having to take off from work to get things signed and turned in.

Steve sold a home for my brother and I was referred to him because of my brothers good experience. My husband and I were looking for a larger home and really wanted to be in a good area. Steve listened to our needs and quickly found the home for us. We are very happy in our home and wont hesitate to send our friends and family his way.

In 2013 we contacted Steve because he sold a home down the street from us. We were thinking about upsizing and were just weighing our options during that time. Steve talked to us about the value of our home and what to expect. We decided to stay put for the time being, but told him to stay in touch. He followed up with us multiple times and we eventually decided to purchase a new home. Once we went under contract he came up with a strategy to sell our home quickly and at top dollar. Obviously, he knew what he was doing, because the home went under contract in two days. Our main concern was holding two mortgages at the same time, but that turned out to be a non-issue because we closed both homes one week apart. Needless to say, we had a great experience!

We spoke with Steve a few years ago about selling our home, but ended up initially hiring another agent. The other agent got our home under contract, but we never could get the home to closing. After multiple attempts to close we gave up for a while, but called Steve the following year when we were ready to give it another go. He discussed pricing with us and shared the impressively comprehensive methods by which he markets all his homes. It took just days for us to receive multiple offers, and we were under contract before we knew it. Most importantly, this time we finally made it to closing! Once our home was under contract, Steves closing coordinator (Sophie) walked us through the rest of the process. Sophie is an absolute dream to work with. Shes incredibly responsive, organized, and professional. It made the tedium of selling a home (e.g. inspections, paperwork) a breeze. We were extremely pleased with Steve and the team. All of our needs were met and concerns addressed as needed. Thank you for everything! We are thrilled with the new home. Steve helped us narrow down a large list of houses to a select few. We had a short timeline to find a new house and Steve did everything he could to guarantee that happened. The week before we came to town to look at houses, one of our favorites was taken off of the market. Steve contacted the realtor for the sellers to see if we could still look, and we ended up purchasing that house!

Steve and I have been friends for a few years. I knew he was in real estate, so I asked him one day for some help selling my house. He came by one day, took a look at my house, gave me some information on what he thought we could sell it for and how quickly he thought we could do it. After listing the house with Steve, we were under contract within about a week. The closing process went smoothly and we closed on the home within the next month or so. After moving out and getting settled at a temporary residence, we then began working with one of his buying agents, Sunita. My wife and I had a fairly specific type of house we were looking for, so we knew buying was going to be a bit more difficult than selling. And at the time, houses were selling very quickly, which made the market tough. You had to act fast. After a couple of months, and after seeing many houses, we finally found a fresh listing. Sunita got us into the house on day 1 of this particular listing, and we were able to secure the home. Closing again went smoothly and we were in the house withing about 6 weeks from going under contract. Steve and his team were great to work with, were very responsive, and their closing agent, Sophie, made the closing process during both buying a selling very easy. I would gladly recommend Steve and his team to friends and family.
