I had never met Steve Tauber before a showing 2 months ago. No prior knowledge of his ability or knowledge. Wow!!! Did we get lucky! One of the nicest, most honest people I have ever met. He still provided support and assistance after the home was sold and I had moved in!! He went above and beyond. When he came toe-to-toe with our father and step-mother's gazillion questions (as Dad was assisting us with the down payment), he was beyond patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. In the end, we told him, "You have won them over; any house questions we ask now, they say, 'You better ask Steve!'" Even when we got to a point where the escrow process was so overwhelming, we wanted to say, "FORGET IT! NEVER MIND!" he patiently stuck by us...reassuring us that we were making the right decisions, giving us ample information and time to make decisions. I would recommend Steve to anyone and everyone. We love him! And we're so happy in our new home!

We informed him that we wanted to live as close to the ocean as possible, but Steve wanted to show us a variety of products in a slightly broader area to offer as many options as possible. Steves knowledge of this area was evident as he guided us from one neighborhood to another between Oceanside, Vista and Escondido. Steve found our perfect home in Oceanside, one that we instantly fell in love with. Once our offer was accepted, Steve guided us through the remainder of the process like a true professional. He supported us through a lengthy seller repair process, kept us updated with consistent communications, and diligently walked us through the ups and downs of the lending course. When the end was near, we had a slight glitch with the seller electing not complete a fence repair which we had requested. As is his character and his willingness to assist his clients, Steve offered to repair the fence for us as a house- warming gift. Totally unnecessary and completely unexpected but, not surprising with Steve. Additionally, he also helped us buy the home three years ago. We trust Steve!! He sold our home at full price or above - 3 times!! Unfortunately, the first two above list buyers couldn't perform. He went back to work again and sold it a third time which worked!! Steve took the photos himself and produced a high-quality brochure that sold our home in near record time.
