Stina was there every step of the way of our home-buying process. She was always fighting for us and putting our needs as the highest priority. She was also extremely prompt with responding to us. I would definitely use her again and I refer everyone to her. She is the reason I have this house! The sellers had to choose between us and a cash offer, but because of her fighting so hard, we won.

Stina Antonopoulos of Augustina Realty worked with us in 2018 to find a house in the Saint Augustine area. We were living around Crystal River, (about 2.5 hour drive away) so viewing houses was a time consuming activity. Once Stina knew what we were looking for she offered to preview listings for us, give her opinion and send video. This was so helpful. It saved us many hours of wasted time driving all day to see houses that didnt suit our needs. Throughout the entire process Stina never hesitated to help us and answer our questions.
