- Sung and I connected, but did no business
I’ve met this man and was totally unimpressed with him. He didn’t where a face covering, nor presented a business card. He was invited to appraise our fathers property for future sale. Even though I was there, he spoke only to them. I had to contact him to ask for a market appraisal. He wouldn’t have done that otherwise. I would think real hard about using his services. He’s probably going to be listing the property because they are friends with them, but I won’t. I felt he was totally unprofessional and would never sign to list a property through him.
