- Sunny showed me homes
Sunny Kim was an agent to a condo we were interested in renting. She was mean and condescending to us asking questions about the landlord's willingness to negotiate the rent fee. She even guaranteed that we would not have any credit at all even before we send any application. Hello? We have an excellent credit and very high income. She is rude and unprofessional and treats tenants as 'second class' for lack of a better word. For future landlords, you many want to think about how your agent will make good tenants drop off your property from their consideration list just because of this mean woman!
