Susan Archer

My real estate experience spans 25 years in Washington, Hawaii and California. My husband and I moved from San Francisco to Napa with our daughter in 1996 so that she could have a yard and we could be actively involved in our community. Napa Valley business began with a high-end boutique real estate firm. I worked with them for 10 years. From there I was a partner in Windermere Napa Valley Properties for 5 years. In 2011 my husband and I started our own real estate company. We advertise extensively and utilize the latest technology in our business. We believe in providing service and are consensus builders whether representing buyers or sellers. It is a lot of work but well worth all the effort to see satisfied clients and agents. Keeping my chosen profession at its highest standard is very important to me so I have been involved in leadership roles in the REALTOR organization on the local, state and national level.
