We hired Susan to be our “eyes and ears” on the ground here in FL since we were living in CA at the time we were looking to buy a house. We made it easy for her because we told her which home builder we were interested in and which area we’d like to live. Except for texting us pictures of the progress of our home 2-3 times Susan did very little. Actually, she did absolutely nothing else for us. She didn’t even have the professionalism to call and let us know that the closing was completed. She took her commission and we never heard a peep from her- no thank you, no congratulations- nothing! We found out we had completed the closing process and we’re homeowners in FL only because we called the escrow company. Susan definitely not have our backs. Very unprofessional!
