Some experiences influence you so greatly they change the course of your life. For Suzie Gole, it was a fulfilled teenage wish that shaped her outlook and opened her eyes to new possibilities. To many, her experience was nothing out of the ordinary. However, it was a key point in her life. Like most teenagers, Suzie’s goal was to have her own car. Growing up in a household where things weren’t handed to her, she knew if she wanted something she had to work for it. Through hard work and many long shifts at the local restaurant, she earned enough money to purchase her first car. She still remembers the satisfaction she felt and the knowledge she gained from that moment. She learned if you set your mind to something, with perseverance, you can achieve it.
