- T-OLD helped me buy a home
My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and Tamer was referred to us by a friend. I was nervous at first with the whole process but after the first meeting with Tamer, I felt like we were in greats hands. He utilized his knowledge of the area and our house requirements to find great homes to take a look at and we found something that we loved. He was always communicating with us to let us know where we were in the process. He used his negotiation skills to get the price down by $30k and got additional money to help with closing costs. The buyer accepted and Tamer worked with our loan officer, the seller, and escrow to ensure we closed in 21 days. He made this process super easy, especially for buying our first home. I would definitely recommend him for anything you would like to do with real estate.

Tamer could not have been a nicer guy to work with on our recent home purchase in Manhattan Beach. He is diligent, intelligent, honest, patient, calm, responsive and helpful and his friendliness and welcoming nature were a huge draw for us when we initially viewed the house. Having moved from New York, my wife and I had a degree of cynicism about real estate agents in general, and I am happy to say that Tamer has totally reset our view in that respect. I deal with a whole host of characters in my line of work (structured finance), and from my experience, the guys that get deals done while at the same time building lasting relationships and friendships are the Tamers of the world. Both my wife and I, plus Linda, found him to be an absolute pleasure to work with at every turn and it really did make a difference.
