Tamara Butler is the finest real estate agent I've ever worked with. She helped us sell our lake-front house during a down market in a somewhat remote location. It took quite a while, and she encouraged patience and perseverance. She was knowledgeable about the markets, comps, etc., and maintained a professional and pleasant attitude throughout the process. When we finally sold our home, she helped me find a new home very quickly. Tamara has an excellent decorating sense, and was an incredibly hard and generous worker on our behalf as we attempted to "stage" our home. When it came time to move, and I came down with flu, she stepped in and actually helped pack and unpack. Truly, she goes above and beyond, and I wish all real estate agents would emulate her. I would recommend her to anyone buying or listing a home, without reservation.

Tamara was kind enough to respond to a call on the weekend, to come to a listed home when not on duty, and to help us begin negotiations for a successful purchase of our future home in Fredericksburg.She was particularly helpful in referring local service providers such as electricians and plumbers to help us ready to house for short term rental, and was instrumental in arranging for Long and Foster Property Management to take our rental property.Tamara was also very helpful, and stayed in contact, going far beyond the expected service, even to the extraordinary arrangement of having her husband haul away some tree branches and other trash.

She suggested realistic minor changes/updates to be made to our home before it went on the market, and used professional photographer and 3D video professional. the photos and video turned out great and made the difference in the quick sale(less than 12 hours) of our home.
