By way of background, we are a second time home buyers who didnt use a real estate agent the first time around and didnt pick up a lot from the first house. We had very limited knowledge about the process and when to first start taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. I also work in the customer service industry and am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Tammie exceeded in both aspects.The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent their entire evening walking us through the big picture. From there on out, she was always available to provide us with the information that we needed and every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did we feel like we had all the information needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. Especially because we didnt know all of the right questions we should be asking (or dos and donts, for example) and Tammie would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I dont know how Tammie does it and to the fault of everyone else we worked with she set our expectations really high. We found our dream lot, dream builder and are currently waiting for it to be built. The patience and kindness that Tammie showed through every step is unmatched, as you can imagine we had tons of questions at every turn. She made sure to be at every appointment with us and she continues to support even after closing. We will definitely be using Tammie to sell our home and even tho we are a few months away from that, we are certain the process will go smoothly and be stress f
