Tara Moreno

I love what I do! I feel so fortunate that I get to live my passion of Real Estate every day. I LOVE helping people find the home of their dreams and I equally LOVE helping sellers! My goal is always to provide a seamless and easy process for both buyers and sellers. I pride myself on being a great communicator, honest, straightforward, and ethical. I am a Colorado native and I went to CSU. I feel that my education there in marketing and merchandising helps me tremendously. I want every listing to show like a model, so I work hand in hand with sellers to accomplish that. I also own several properties in Northern Colorado, so I have experience as an investor and as a landlord. In addition, I have worked with builders since 2004 and I LOVE new construction. I live and breathe Real Estate--its my passion!
