Tasha went above and beyond to help us buy a home. We are military and were moving from another state. Tasha from Sonnocco Real Estate just sold my Flat for a record price for any Flats ever at 360 Southbay. Did demand & supply play a role? Perhaps. Did the location of the Unit play a role? Yes. But here is the role that Tasha played in the sale. I have bought and sold many real estate properties in the recent past.
