When we were relocated to Nashville through our company they provided an agent to help us buy a home, so when it came time to sell we called that same agent. Although 6 months later our home had still not sold and our agent wanted us to drop the price again. At this time we had already moved out of state and the home sat vacant leaving us with two mortgage payments. When we spoke with Tawny we were frustrated because we had only lived in the home just over a year and we were competing with a lot of new construction in the neighborhood and the area. We thought we would have to drop the price again leaving us owing money at closing. Tawny recommended that we not drop the price but make a few changes to the home and soon after we sold our home receiving 97% of our asking price. Tawny worked hard for us. She diligently worked to sell our home after we signed the contract and laid down a deposit to build the house. She then quickly worked to find us temporary housing once that home was sold. She acted as a continual liaison between us and our home builders agent to ensure the builder and subcontractors were fulfilling their contractual agreements and performing the work as promised. Tawny arranged meetings, inspections and even visited our prospective home when needed. At several points throughout the process, Tawny stepped in and advocated for us when our choices and contract agreements were not being met to our satisfaction.
