Taylyr Pistone
- Taylyr and I connected, but did no business
I would not recommend using Taylyr Pistone as your real estate professional because of our experience with her putting things into MLS listings that are not accurate and costing potential customers hundreds of dollars by failing to do her due diligence when listing a property. I have made a formal complaint against Taylyr, have full documentation to support everything within this review, and will remove my complaint and reviews that allow removal upon her making up for her mistake and reimbursing us for the money that her actions have cost us. She listed a property that my wife and I were interested in the San Tan /Queen Creek Area as having a community pool that was scheduled for completion in May of 2015. My wife and I viewed the property, and although we preferred a private pool because I need to swim on a regular basis due being disabled and needing regular pool therapy, the home met the rest of our needs. We paid for the full home inspection and appraisal, and found out the same day through the HOA that the pool that Taylyr had listed as being completed in May hadn't even been voted on yet, didn't have funding established, and was in a very early stages of discussion. We were told that there might not be a pool at all, and either way, definitely not one completed and ready for use by May of 2015 by the HOA office directly. I had my realtor reach out to Taylyr, who only updated her MLS listing to omit the portion about the pool, and refused to reimburse us for our inspection or our appraisal, and continued to try to guilt us into buying the property because her erroneous information also cost her client a portion of escrow money that he had put down on another property based on Taylyr’s novice advice. This is someone who is willing to prey on the disabled and doesn't take responsibility for her actions based on our experience with her. Beware.
