We had the pleasure of working with Terry Belt while we searched for the perfect property to find our dream home. Terry listened carefully and made great suggestions on the right builders to use. Terry also was showed great understand of what we should look for in a house including things that we hadn't considered but really needed--mud room for kids sports equipment for one. We realized that you really need an expert to walk you through what works for your particular family needs. He was calm and patient with my questions and definitely had the relationships with the various builders. Through his advice, were able to get a fair price and a beautiful build! We would suggest happy suggest him for any prospective house hunter.

I have had the good fortune to work with Beth Dadisman and the Belt Team several times since being in this area. I hope I don't have to sell and buy again for quite some time, but if I do, I would be contacting Beth immediately. Like wow, the attention she pays to the details. She assists through every step of the process, from helping to get your house on the market, to following up with assistance even after moving into a new home. When I first met Beth Dadisman, she made me feel that her job is more service than sales which was completely different from other realtors I had met prior.
