Terry Klinefelter

Terry is a crook. He tried keeping our security deposit after our rental duplex was found to be inhabitable by the city. He threatened us stating he would give us a bad reference after we called code enforcement. We called code enforcement, due to there being no carpet or toilet in our duplex after the home flooded. Do not trust him! He only returned our security deposit after we informed him we would take him to court. SLUM LORD BEWARE!

Terry is also part of a home management company. He is a crap landlord told to me by the tenant and with my dealings with him. He's a horrible human being that lacks decency, respect and core values. He thinks he's above the law and anyone else. Doesn't fix repairs unless threatened and I'm in the middle of filing a civil suite, he'll be notified soon. See you in court :)
