After starting my real estate career in 1977 I very successfully weathered the early 80's recession and began an 11 year real estate office management run. During that time I lead 5 offices from 20 desks in Hayward to over 100 desks in Danville and eventually served as a Regional Director for Merrill Lynch Realty. For 8 years I served on the training staff for both Merrill Lynch Realty and Prudential California Realty firms helping new licensees begin their careers in real estate.
In 1987 my wife Terry, son Garin and I moved to Pleasanton where we have enjoyed a wonderful quality of life for over 20 years. Our son Chase was born 2 years later. Our boys graduated from Foothill High School and Garin has since graduated from UC Santa Barbara. Chase is currently attending California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks.
