Leilani Almazan

Bought a home from my realtor via her as listing agent. From my realtor, she was kinda lazy. The place I bought was in bad condition. They did some work to make it look less worse. However, she overall was just difficult to work with.

Sold and bought a home with Leilani in a market. She negotiated top dollar on our sale.

I have worked with Leilani multiple times to purchase and sell my homes. I have nothing but great things to say about her. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and works hard to ensure her clients are happy and satisfied. She is a great representation of her company as she has integrity and remains transparent throughout the home buying and selling process. I will continue to work with Leilani and will definitely refer her to any friends or family who are seeking a great agent and/or broker!

I highly recommend Leilani to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! She is absolutely a pleasure to work with. I appreciated her professionalism and expertise in this crazy real estate market. I have nothing but great things to say about her. She is definitely my realtor for life!

Leilani Almazan is such a caring realtor and was so attentive to our needs. She was patient, kind, and always answered our questions. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest and good with people. We were truly blessed to have Leilani as our realtor while purchasing our first home and We recommend her to all family and friends.

Thank you Leilani for your expertise in marketing and completing the sale of our investment property in Chula Vista. Glad to be continuing our relationship for property management. I highly recommend Leilani to anyone in need of a true professional.
