- Terry and I connected, but did no business
I did not utilize Terry as an agent but rather contacted him as the owner of his company to inform him of a very negative experience I had with one of his team members. It was meant to be a private and informative email for his insight as I had no intention of addressing it publicly. Until I received his incredibly rude and unprofessional response siting ME as the problem! Loyalty to your team is respectable, blindly however, just plain stupid and costly. Weichert is not a company I would ever work with again due to their lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude toward their client concerns.
