Terry Theodorou

Terry and Kosta Theodorou did a great job selling our direct oceanfront condo in The Marenda! We were so happy we recommended them to our neighbor upstairs and she already sold their condo too!

Highly recommended realtor Terry Theodorou and her professional and effective team. "

Relocating from England with 3 children is not easy. The entire process is completely different and we did not know what to expect. Terry & Kosta educated us on the local customs and guided us through the escrow process. We love our new home in Nellie Gail Ranch. Thank you! Ahmad and Farideh Khanifar, Laguna Hills, CA "

Wow! I never thought I would buy a house site unseen over the internet but the professionalism and dedication you and your team provided made it a possibility. Getting a great job promotion and pay bump down to Cape Canaveral with only 28 days to find a home and begin work was a bit overwhelming. You took all the stress out of the process and when I came down to see the home, (while I still had time to walk away), I was very pleased with the home, the neighborhood and the easy access to my new job. Thank you for previewing and taking pictures of the homes for me and sending them to me, for researching all of the permits and pertinent details for the home, for finding me a great local lender, home inspector, insurance agent & for all youve done to make my new start in my new home a reality! John N. (relocating from Georgia to Cocoa) "

Terry Theodorou did a fantastic job guiding us through the process to find and secure the land for our new oceanfront dream house. Terry took us through the entire process and was literally our shoes on the ground here as we live in the Orlando area. She sourced & researched civil engineers, water co-ops, septic companies, architects & custom home builders. She guided us thru the entire due diligence so we could be confident that when we closed on the lot we could build what we wanted on it. Just amazing to work with people so committed to Client care and satisfaction. Thank you! Dr. P & J Ortega Melbourne Beach

My husband and I decided to retire and move to Florida in the middle of Covid. We didnt want to come to Florida to do a home search because of Covid, so Terry did our legwork for us. We told her what we wanted and she started sending us options that were available. When we saw one we liked she would immediately visit and do a video walk through for us and let us know the pros and cons of each condo. Within a very short period of time she found us our retirement condo and we bought it without a visit. It was scary, but when we got here we were so excited to find out it was perfect for us. We were totally happy! Terry is FANTASTIC. She didnt tire of my endless questions. Her only thought was finding the perfect home for us. She will do the same for you because her goal is to find the perfect home for you!

" We love our new home in Satellite Beach! Terry walked us through the entire process and as we are so happy with our choice in both home and Realtor! Skylar & Sarah - Satellite Beach,FL "

Thank you for helping us find the perfect home for our family. Your resourcefulness and dedication to finding us exactly what we were looking for is to be commended. The guidance and follow up you provided exceeded our expectations, (especially with Hurricane Irma hitting in the middle of our closing process!). We really appreciate all you and your husband have done. Stacy and John Prescher Palm Bay, FL "

Terry was always pleasant to go looking for new homes. We moved from out of state and she answered many questions about the area. She found what we were looking for! Kelly Viera, FL "

Buying an oceanfront condo sight unseen over the internet, Terry really did all of the leg work for me. Terry made my long distance new home purchase a breeze! Art C. Cape Canaveral, FL "

I purchased my home in 2019 and Terry was extremely helpful and very efficient. She took the time to explain the ins and outs of the process and was careful to ensure I had no unanswered questions. The whole thing was very painless. She even assisted me after closing. Thanks Terry! "

Terry was the best agent! She was as determined as we were to find the perfect home for us. She was always available to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to everyone! Christine Thomas - Rockledge, FL "

" Terry Theodorou is the BEST Realtor in Florida to me! I cant say enough good things about her service and results! I highly recommend her to everyone! I needed to secure a place to live and sell my condo contingent on the purchase of my new home and close concurrently and I was buying with a VA Loan. Terry worked diligently with me to achieve my goals all in under 1 week to sell my condo to a buyer willing to accept my contingent and concurrent closing and to find a Seller willing to accept my contingent and concurrent closing. Everything went smoothly and we closed in 28 days! I love my new home! Thank you! Flora B. Brewer Melbourne, FL "
