We were searching for a home with another realtor. Big mistake! Every house we looked at she told us there was already an offer, or we wouldn't want to live there. We seen over 30 houses before the one we have now. We walked into this house and fell in love immediately. Our realtor told us we would never get a loan because this was a 1972 trailer home and she didn't care how nice it looked. I wanted this house. I looked at my husband and I looked down on the island and noticed a card with Tom Browns information on it. I didn't even want to leave the house. I was going to get it no matter what. I went home after getting nowhere with with my old relator and called Tom Brown at 10PM that night. I explaIned where it was located and he said the property was listed wrong. It is a 2000 Modular home with 2500 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. I had to get out of the contract I was locked into with the realtor. I fired her. I think I begged for at least an hour to Tom to make sure I get this house that night. I called him all the time, (poor guy)! He assured me we would get it. We had to go through a lot of obstacles but we are here in our dream home thanks to this man! I can't say enough how grateful we are for all the work he did. For calming my nerves and helping us through it all. We were here, from Wisconsin for 6 months staying at a relatives house looking for a home. All of our belonging were in a trailer that we brought down to Arizona. This is more than we ever thought we would even get with the prices of the dumps we looked at. What person would take a client call at 10PM? That is what you get with Tom! Tom actually even stopped by to check in because he was in the neighborhood last year. He is the best realtor ever and you can count on him! He is #1!
