Thomas and team were incredibly helpful in selling our two Bay Area homes! Our first property was in a community that was undergoing foundation repairs and had some aesthetic issues that needed to be addressed. Him and his team inspected and oversaw the repairs/improvements prior to listing. And when the house didn't sell within the first week because of the ongoing foundation repairs, he made sure to manage our expectations and kept us in the loop every week with data on the showings and potential interest. When we got some offers, he helped us navigate the closing process and made sure that everything was in order, including nudging the buyer's party when needed! When it came to our most recent sale, we initially planned to list later in 2022 but with interest rates increasing and demand dropping, Thomas recommended trying to sell earlier. We're very glad we did! He was able to sell our home within the first week and for significantly above asking, all with the same hassle-free approach.
