Phenomenal in every aspect couldn't ask for a better realtor

She is not a good buyer representative. Even having a contractor's license, she should have warned me about choosing a knowledgeable inspector, and using her own expertise as a contractor to warn me about flaws in the building. She was just after as much commission as possible. She later mocked and laughed at me about the choice of the property, when I told her about the problems. She was in league with a builder who helped to correct the problems and overcharged me, and laughed again, and said "good" when I told her of the overcharging. She does not possess good ethics.
