Tina was incredible in so many ways. I'm a tough customer who is fairly strong willed, a perfectionist, do my homework and have a hard time letting others take over because they rarely do things right. I am also a busy person who places extreme value on those that keep track of the details so that I don't have to do it for them. Tina hits on all cylinders.
