I've been in the Real Estate and Mortgage business for over 25 years. My business partner and I purchased our Help-U-Sell franchise in 2004 and have been running it successfully for the past 10 years. We specialize in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties. Married for 24 years with 2 beautiful daughters. one in high school and one in college. We reside in Mather which is just southeast of Sacramento. In all, I've lived and worked in the Sacramento area for the last 24 years. We love it here with it's perfect proximity to the Bay Area and our favorite vacation spot, Lake Tahoe. Outside of Real Estate and Family, I love sports, especially Football, Basketball, Baseball and soccer. I especially enjoy those sports on the high school level where the kids play for the love of the game, not the money. I am involved locally with Mesa Verde High School as a statistician, helping out one of my agent's who is head football coach. My passion involves working with sellers, helping them sell their home for less than the cost of working with a "traditional agent."
