Tomaj is a marketing genius! We had our loft in Emeryville listed with a different agent out of Berkeley for 3 months and did not get a single offer. We relisted with Tomaj and he sold our place in 6 days and $50,000 over asking! He went above and beyond his job duties coordinating with my HOA to ensure all their rules were adhered to (and they have a lot of ridiculous rules and processes !). I had already moved to the East Coast and he made the transaction seamless! I highly recommend Tomaj. Unlike other agents who tell you what you want to hear and then your property sits on the market to get stale -- he knows how to make it happen and gets it done !

I was having a hard time finding an agent who could help me buy a new home. I was working with a small budget, and I was searching in a very large area rather than a specific territory, which made it harder. I spoke with multiple agents, and many of them just ghosted me. A friend recommended Tomaj, so I gave him a call. He turned out to be exactly what I needed. Working with Tomaj, I never got the sense that I was a lower priority client. He was constantly on the case, helping me work through all the details and making sure my questions were answered. He was highly communicative, extremely responsive, and very proactive. I was looking to buy a home in Rockridge and met Tomaj at an open house he was holding. Rockridge is a challenging market because few homes come on the market and they tend to go quickly when they do. To make things more challenging I had very specific requirements that I did not want to compromise on. Success meant having an agent who would quickly check every new property coming on the market. Tomaj saved me a lot of time by pre-screening properties he knew didn't match my needs. When there was a potential match Tomaj always worked around my busy schedule to see it. The process took months but we finally found a home and location that I really like. I would not hesitate to use Tomaj in the future or recommend him to someone else who needs to buy or sell a home.
