Prior to that, Mr. Chahal was the Staffing Manager at Zip Realty, Inc. where he successfully ran the number one recruiting platform in the company nationwide. His high level of success was further propelled once he enhanced and developed a new recruiting platform that was effectively adopted by the company after receiving high acclaim from the executive team. Furthermore, as a Staffing Manager at Zip Realty, he helped coached, train, and manage real estate agents to enhance their business.
